Office Assistant (Multipurpose)
- Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university
- Proficiency in local language

- Preference to Agriculture, IT, Management, Law, Economics, Accountancy
- Local language proficiency & computer knowledge
Officer Scale-II
- GBO: Graduation with 50% marks + 2 years banking experience
- CA: CA degree + 1 year experience
- Law: Law degree with 50% marks + 2 years experience
- Marketing: MBA (Marketing) + 1 year experience
- Treasury: CA / MBA Finance + 1 year experience
- Agriculture: Agriculture-related degree + 2 years experience
- IT: CS / IT degree with 50% marks + 1 year experience
Officer Scale-III
- Graduation with minimum 50% marks
- Minimum 5 years experience as an officer in a bank or financial institution
