This recruitment is conducted for Flying Branch and Ground Duty (Technical & Non-Technical) branches. Both male and female candidates can apply online. The application process has started from 17 November 2025, and eligible candidates can submit the online form till 19 December 2025.

Eligibility Criteria

AFCAT Flying Branch

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with Physics & Mathematics at 10+2 level
  OR
• B.E / B.Tech Degree from a recognized university.

Ground Duty (Technical Branch)

Aeronautical Engineering (Electronics):

• Minimum 60% marks in Physics & Mathematics at 10+2 level
• 4 Years Degree / Integrated PG Degree in Engineering / Technology.

Aeronautical Engineering (Mechanical):

• Minimum 60% marks in Physics & Mathematics at 10+2 level
• 4 Years Engineering Degree in Mechanical / Industrial / Aeronautical or equivalent discipline.

Ground Duty (Non-Technical Branch)

Administration & Logistics:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any stream with minimum 60% marks
• Physical Height:
  • Male: 157.5 cm
  • Female: 152 cm

Accounts Branch:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) with minimum 60% marks
• Physical Height:
  • Male: 157.5 cm
  • Female: 152 cm

NCC Special Entry (Flying Branch)

• NCC Air Wing Senior Division ‘C’ Certificate
• Other eligibility conditions as per Flying Branch rules.

Meteorology Entry

• B.Sc Degree with Physics & Mathematics and minimum 60% marks.

The selection process for AFCAT 01/2026 includes:
